Aufgaben
- Documentation tasks in the production environment:
- Preparation, review and approval of qualification documents for production equipment
- Conducting and documenting risk analyses at equipment level
- Initiating, processing and reviewing compliance activities such as non-conformities, CAPAs and CCOs
- Equipment qualification: You will help to maintain the qualification status of equipment and ensure that our systems are ready for operation
- Optimising processes: You will contribute to the creation and updating of SOPs to make our processes even more efficient and safe
- Large-scale production: Independently carrying out filtration and chromatographic processes (250–1,000 litres) under GMP conditions
- Cooperation between development and production: You will support process transfer and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure new processes are implemented safely and efficiently
- GMP-compliant manufacturing: You will be part of the manufacturing of biological active substances and ensure that every batch meets regulatory requirements
Profil
- Completed training as a BTA, CTA, MTA or laboratory technician (m/f/d), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience with downstream processing, filtration and the purification of biological active substances is desirable
- Initial practical experience in the (bio-)pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of CAPA and CCO processes, as well as risk analysis, is an advantage
- Flexibility, a sense of responsibility and a reliable, meticulous approach to work
- German at C1 level and English at B2 level, both spoken and written
- A solution-oriented, innovative and collaborative approach to work
